The hotel was very nicely decorated and modern. The restaurant and bar had a good ambience. There was a video display information board and lots of brochures of places to visit. The breakfast was lovely and there was a good choice even had a coffee and walnut cake. The staff were friendly and provided good service and were welcoming. We had a meal in the restaurant were the meals were of good quality but expensive and small portions. The rooms were well equipped and had good facilities. We had a good view of the front of the hotel where we could watch the firemen do their training. With regards to Jersey it is a nice place and is clean and tidy and people are friendly but unfortunately it is not geared for tourists but just rich people. There were no decent shops, the pubs close at 11 p.m and there are no late night takeaways. We went to Elizabeth Castle, The War Tunnels and the Maritime Museum which are worth going. I would not recommend the bus tour that they advertise at Liberation square as the driver was more interested in going round rich people's houses instead of us visiting the scenic views of Jersey and did not stop at St Aubins and only stay at Gorey for 15 minutes but stayed half an hour at a rocky area near the sea which was difficult to walk round. We only stopped 45 minutes for lunch when it was supposed to be longer. Be careful of taxis as they can go the long way round

the breakfast was exceptional everything was perfectly cooked and regularly refreshed. We had a three course evening meal and was very impressed with the quality and variety. We stayed in the master suite which was absolutely superb, huge bathroom with shower and a bath with jacuzzi. When we arrived the staff advised us the bath was ok to use however the jacuzzi jets were not working, during our stay on the afternoon of new years eve were given a complementary bottle of champagne as a form of apology.

Just got back from a weekend at the savoy and I am extremely satisfied with my stay. I stayed over alone with my 5 year old daughter and we both loved it. Staff were very friendly to both of us and were always happy to help. Our room was very clean which is key to me. Also have to mention breakfast was 10/10 there was a wide variety to choose from and everything was always being topped up and the staff at breakfast were also very friendly. All in all we loved our trip and will definitely be returning! :)

Breakfast was lovely - a very good selection of cooked and continental food. Good variety of fresh fruit too. Tea/Coffee/juices. No queueing, even in peak periods. Staff very efficient and courteous. Room was spacious, well equipped and very clean. Spruced up daily. Dinner - was perfect. Good menu selection, cleverly cooked and beautifully presented, every time! Ideal sized portions too Pool - lovely to cool down in after a long, hot day sightseeing.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good. The hotel was clean. We had complimentary tea and coffee, as well as bottles of water, which we appreciated. The storm caused water to leak into our room, we let the staff know and they moved us to a new room without any problems. There was also other damage to the hotel due to the storm, which was dealt with very efficiently.
